Our Hybrid Management Training Programme takes these key insights and structures them into a 5 part live, in-person and virtual program to give managers the skills and knowledge they need to build high performing hybrid teams. The program is delivered through 60 minute to 2 hour (module dependent) interactive Zoom workshops (also available in-person) with follow-up manager coaching as required.
With interactive lessons, hands-on exercises, and real-world case studies, they will learn how to prioritize and integrate remote work best practices into their management style.
