Laurel has extensive experience in Human Resources and Executive Search. Prior to founding Summit Staffing Solutions, Laurel was Recruitment Manager at The Siltek Group (a technology distribution company), where she spearheaded a new HR venture within the Group.Laurel holds an Industrial Psychology Honours degree and a PDHRM (Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management) both obtained through the University of Cape Town.
