During the values definition stage of the Culture Development Process I send a survey to the employees of the company and one of the questions is "Which team member (excluding the company founders/CEO) would you say best represents the company culture in the way they work, and why? The answers to this question give you an indication of which team members have the greatest cultural influence in your business. These people have the greatest influence on "how things are done around here".
These people could make up your culture committee, they could be more involved in onboarding or interviewing.... They are a huge asset to your company, how can you help them make a greater positive impact on your company?
